Engagement Ring Contest - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
• The contest is open to individuals who purchase an engagement ring from LM Studio between June 1, 2024, and June 30, 2024. 
• Each engagement ring purchase in store or online qualifies as one entry into the contest.
2. Contest Period:
• The contest begins at 12:00 AM on June 1, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM on June 30, 2024 (CET).
3. Prize:
• One (1) winner will receive a free upgrade to double the carat size of the purchased engagement ring. If the winner does not want the upgrade, there is no option to receive a cash refund or alternative prize.
• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on July 1, 2024. The winner will be notified via email or phone after the draw. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, another winner may be selected.
• If the winner has already received the engagement ring they ordered and is selected as a winner, they will receive a free return label to exchange their ring for double the carat size. The production time of the new ring will be determined once the winner is selected.
• The regular 14 day return policy will remain, provided that the ring is in the original condition. 
4. Privacy:
• Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the contest.
5. General Conditions:
• LM Studio reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond LM Studio’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the contest.
• LM Studio reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms and conditions.
