Care Instructions
Your LM Studio pieces are delicate creations and require special care and attention. To maintain their beauty over time we recommend the following precautions.
Daily Wear
To ensure the longevity of your jewellery, it is advised to not wear it during hands-on activities such as sports, gardening, household chores or when carrying heavy weights.
Please avoid contact with corrosive products, fragrances, chemicals or alcohol. Wait until fragrances and cosmetics have completely dried before putting on your pieces.
Keep in mind that diamonds can easily scratch or destroy other gemstones. To prevent scratching, it's advisable not to wear multiple pieces of jewellery next to each other.
Cleaning
In order to keep your jewellery pieces gleaming, we recommend cleaning your jewellery regularly.
Soak your pieces in warm soapy water for a few minutes, then gently brush it with a soft toothbrush. Finally rinse your piece with clean lukewarm water and dry it off.

For your convenience, we offer European customers a simple and hassle-free way to return or exchange items free of charge. Any item can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is in its original condition. This also applies to sale items.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete our online return form or send an email to aftersales@lmstudio-jewellery.com. This allows us to process your request quickly and efficiently.
We will ask you to provide:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Whether you would like a refund or an exchange
Once your form has been submitted, we will send you a return label by email.
Please note that we are unable to process your return or refund without the required information.
All refunds will be issued automatically to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing typically takes up to 10 working days in Germany, depending on your bank or card issuer.
We aim to accept all returns, provided that the jewellery is unworn and securely packaged. In the unlikely event that an item is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, we may need to send it back to you.
Note regarding the BRIDAL collection:
Non-engraved rings can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. This service is free of charge within Europe, including shipping. Please note that engraved rings are custom-made and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
